One of the standout features introduced is the MBUX Collectibles digital gallery app, allowing users to create galleries and explore NFTs related to the brand.

MBUX Collectibles represents Mercedes-Benz’s inaugural in-car app designed to showcase digital art and collectibles based on NFTs. Users can establish their private art galleries by linking an NFT wallet to the user interface. Additionally, the app offers access to a digital art exhibition curated by Mercedes-Benz.

During CES, the company also presented its NFT collections from Mercedes-Benz NXT within the app. The “Mercedes-Benz NXT Icons Era 1 ‘Luxury'” collection marks the first in a series of seven, delving into the rich design heritage of Mercedes-Benz.

CES attendees were given a sneak peek of the forthcoming Era 2, titled ‘Technology’. Additionally, they received a first look at the Mercedes-Benz NXT Superdackel NFT. The company announced the imminent release of a limited edition of 1,000 Superdackel NFTs.

NHL Champions to Launch Exclusive NFT Collection on ThetaDrop

The Vegas Golden Knights, the 2023 National Hockey League Champions, have revealed a partnership with Theta Labs, a blockchain company specializing in video, artificial intelligence (AI), and entertainment. The collaboration aims to provide special experiences for fans through innovative means.

This collaboration will focus on delivering exclusive fan experiences, expanding the global audience, and exploring inventive monetization strategies. As part of the initiative, the Golden Knights will release an exclusive series of NFTs on the ThetaDrop NFT marketplace. During select home games, both online and in-person fans will have the opportunity to claim these exclusive NFTs for free during the match.

These NFTs will offer access to various perks, including tickets to Knights games, autographed memorabilia, and VIP moments. These VIP experiences could encompass photo opportunities on the ice and chances to participate in press conferences.

Additionally, a private viewing lounge, covering an impressive 18,000 square feet and providing a panoramic view of the arena and the Vegas strip through floor-to-ceiling windows, will be accessible to seventy-five fortunate guests.

The partnership underscores the integration of NFTs and exclusive experiences to enhance fan engagement while opening up new revenue streams for the team.
