DeFi Exchange CrowdSwap Launches Decentralized Crypto ETF

CrowdSwap, a decentralized exchange, has introduced the inaugural decentralized crypto exchange-traded fund (ETF), encompassing a variety of crypto assets such as Bitcoin and Ethereum.

Unveiled on Tuesday, the Bull Run dETF provides investors with exposure to diversified portfolios within the crypto ecosystem. This ETF consists of 10 tokens, including Polygon (MATIC), Chainlink (LINK), Polkadot (DOT), and others.

Moreover, investors can allocate funds to these 10 tokens using only one crypto token and can subsequently withdraw into the same singular crypto. The financial instrument aims to simplify investment processes while ensuring decentralization, as stated by the company in a press release.

“Following investment, your assets will be diversified across 10 tokens. When it comes time to withdraw, you have the option to either receive these 10 tokens or have us convert your assets back into a single token of your preference.”

The Bull Run dETF by CrowdSwap is comprised of 35% BTC and ETH combined, along with 10% allocations each for large-cap altcoins such as MATIC, AVAX, LINK, and DOT, as outlined on its website.

Additionally, CrowdSwap conducts comprehensive evaluations of each asset, as stated in the release. These evaluations encompass key metrics such as potential return on investment, risk analysis, and alignment with investor preferences.

“This diligent approach ensures that the ETF is strategically positioned to seize market opportunities while effectively managing potential risks,” it further emphasized.

CrowdSwap Optimistic About ETF’s Growth Trajectory

Based on historical data, the crypto assets within the Bull Run dETF have demonstrated an impressive performance, boasting yearly gains exceeding 206%. This notable increase has bolstered CrowdSwap’s confidence in the fund’s growth trajectory.

Moreover, the recent surge in Bitcoin ETFs signals a growing mainstream acceptance of cryptocurrencies as investment assets. Looking ahead, CrowdSwap is committed to prioritizing technical innovation and strategic readiness for future expansion.

This strategy encompasses the introduction of a seedless smart wallet, a Telegram DeFi bot, the creation of additional decentralized ETFs, and transitioning towards a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization).

What we write about

I want to save money. Will cryptocurrency work?

Cryptocurrency is essentially virtual money that operates in a decentralized manner, not through a bank but directly on multiple independent computers.

Every cryptocurrency has two main components: the units of digital exchange called “coins” and the network within which the exchange takes place. These units can be transferred between wallets and exchanged on exchanges. The networks in which these coins exist are called blockchains, which translates to “chains of blocks.”
