Credefi Finance, a hybrid fintech solution, has announced its integration with the open-source, public, decentralized Layer 1 blockchain XRP Ledger (XRPL). The goal is to enhance the decentralized finance (DeFi) space by providing real-world lending products. According to the press release, the first product in this lineup enables users to issue short-term bridge liquidity loans to a portfolio of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Europe, helping them efficiently fund their fixed costs. This integration is expected to “enrich the DeFi space with sophisticated financial products and services, enabling seamless, secure, and innovative DeFi experiences for all users,” as stated in the release.
